The space is a huge roof apartment, divided into 2 separate units for 6 people each, connected with a door, situated in the heart of Rijeka, only a few steps from Korzo, the main pedestrian area with shops, restaurants, bars, banks, etc.
Each apartment has a double room, a mezzanine (study room or bedroom), and a large open space with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.

It is located in the most central part of Rijeka, only a few steps from the pedestrian Korzo, the famous Rijeka market, the theater, and the port.
Completely restructured and redesigned in July 2017, a large 110 m2 apartment with 5m high ceilings, was divided into 2 smaller independent apartments: The Heart of Rijeka (colored with red theme) and The Soul of Rijeka (colored in green theme). When you open the communicating double door between them, you enjoy both spaces!
The entire place though, for up to 12 people, has 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 mezzanines with 2 single beds each, 2 living spaces with double sofa, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, fast WiFi (up to 100 MBs), 2 TV, 2 washing machines and 2 dishwashers.
The architecture of the old historical building in the center of Rijeka, near the Orthodox church, was entirely kept also inside the apartment with original roof beams from the year 1880 on sight. We have tried to maintain as much as possible the original materials (stone and wood), combining them with modern design and style.

NOTE:
The apartments are situated on the 4th floor without an elevator, not suitable for older people if heavy luggage is present.
Taxi, bus, train, and ferry stations are all nearby.
Parking and garages in the center are all nearby and apply fees. For longer stays, we can suggest 2 parking areas at 5/10 min walking distance that offer affordable day/weekly tickets.
